Additional layers of security for your data

As you may have seen, we are implementing Multi-Factor Authentication for assetmanagementonline.co.uk to provide additional layers of your security for your data.

We will shortly be sending you an invitation to log in to your account and you simply need to follow the instructions below to set this up. 

Setup process

Please follow these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

  • When you accept the invitation, you will be redirected and greeted by a new login screen.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click “Next” to add password details.

Step 2

  • Add your password.
  • Click “Sign In” or select appropriate option.

Step 3

  • Existing Microsoft users will be asked to use Microsoft Authenticator or your own chosen authentication method.

Step 4

  • Non-Microsoft users will need to give their email address to receive an access code.

Step 5

  • Enter code.
  • Sign in.

Step 6

  • You may be prompted to download Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Click “Ask later” to proceed without installation or “Next” to install Authenticator.

Step 7

  • Proceed to assetmanagementonline.co.uk.
